How do I make a referral?
Please reach out via email or phone so we can have a chat. If we are the best service for you, we can then arrange an appointment and send you the new client forms via email.
Help! How can I access the NDIS??
We offer education, support, assessments and reports required to empower and enable eligible individuals to access the National Disability Insurance Scheme.

Where are you based?
We have team members based centrally on the Sunshine Coast and also in Brisbane, but our services are mobile, so we come to you! We certainly cover a big region but we also offer telehealth options.
How long are the appointments?
Often we have longer initial appointments to make sure we get all the information we need and have the time to make a great plan in collaboration with you! Appointments may vary from 2hrs to 45mins, depending on what your needs are.
Do you offer Telehealth sessions?
Yes, get it touch today and we can chat about your needs.
Do you always provide detailed reports?
No! We will only provide therapy reports if and when they are requested or needed. We don’t believe in ‘over-servicing’ or ‘over-charging’ when it is unnecessary.
What are the funding options?
NDIS – Plan managed or self-managed only at this stage
Department of Veteran Affairs – GP referral required
Privately funded clients – we offer competitive rates
What are the costs involved?
The NDIS recommended rate for services for $193.99/hr.
